Cesar Andalon aka Chef Quiche, started his passion in cooking in his teens. Making dinners for his friends and family for gatherings. Often overlooked in the kitchen after years of working front of house, he is dedicated to defying the "just a front of house face" stigma. He learnt how to cook from his mother who cooked a lot of Mexican food from Jalisco, but also inspired by Peruvian dishes. Over the years befriending some amazing Chefs has expanded his knowledge of food. Italian, Chinese, American, French, very farm to table meals are all part of his passion. Over the past year Cesar challenged himself while living with two chefs: creating a cooking show. Cooking & Tequila took off and the challenges of making amazing meals each night was ignited. Over a decade of working in restaurants and catering companies. The experience of bartending, pairing meals with wine, and cooking made Obsidian Farms a reality.
We offer a range of menus to fit any occasion, from formal sit-down dinners to casual buffets and everything in between. Our menus can be customized to fit your specific needs and preferences, and we are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences.
